Yeah outside the fact bother are female singers singing in French I can't really notice any similarity. If it's about another song from that girl, Mylène Farmer, I'm not a big fan so I won't be able to help you.

I don't know how you perceive it, but for me, Camille is typical from the Parisian elite: The bourgeoisie from the "beaux quartiers" studying latin and discussing about classic writers. As a matter of fact, exactly the elitist image American people have of the French.

But in her way, she does have her own universe and I respect that.
