Sommerswerd asked me to change this
It would be if I was applying for a job as an exotic dancer.
.....Even worse, it turns out the people you share a race with are the stupidest people around. You are part of the group that has by far the lowest inherent intellectual potential, some would even as far as to say that your people are just plain stupid on average, and suddenly everybody knows it.....
lucky that I am an exception within my group but I guess I would have already known thatHow do you feel?
confirmation of something that I already knewDoes it mean anything for you personally?
sureDo you consider yourself part of that group?
probablyDo you think people will treat members of your race differently because of it?
i would probably benefit from people either underestimating me or some sort of quota systemsDo you think it will have consequences for you as an individual?
nahAnd was it irresponsible to make that information available?
referencing another thread, is there some added "intrinsic value" to those individuals with much higher attribute points?Life is not an RPG where everybody has the same amount of atrribute points. Mike Tyson and Stephen Hawking prove nothing.
I've know smart people who also have high strength, constitution and charisma, and I've seen people with low stats across the board.
.... It doesn't affect me at all because I understand that averages don't say anything about individuals![]()
That already happens. People assume Asians are good at math, white people can't jump, and black people are good at running marathons. Or whatever stereotypes you want to go with.
So sure, I can answer this question with a stereotype about white people that already exists. White people can't dance. Who cares, I dance anyway. I got rhythm.
Lol. You seriously want to argue that the subsaharan negro, native american indian or the herdsman and nomads of asia have less vitality and health then the civilized westerners? Precisely becouse they have(had) to develop their physical skills and labor for survival and have been in the open nature their health is overall superior to that of a civilized man shielded from many natural forces and relying constantly on drugs and technology and not on natural health. That's because they need to do physical labour to survive and they die if they are in bad health, not because of some trade-off in "stat points"
In fact, modern-day humans are considerably taller and stronger than medieval ones (because of better diet and less inbreeding).
Well I suppose I would be a little bummed out, but reality is what it is.Does it mean anything for you personally?
Well of course I will still be a member of that groupDo you consider yourself part of that group?
It depends. Would members of "my race" act differently because of it?Do you think people will treat members of your race differently because of it?
For me, as an individual, assuming I am an exception to the rule, it would make my comparative advantage that much greater. But if this had any implications on my society, then it might lower the quality of life overall for everybody.Do you think it will have consequences for you as an individual?
Well, the effects of this supposed stupidity would be true regardless of whether or not we'd be aware of what the cause is. Knowing the cause would at least give us the option of maybe doing something about it, or at worst we'd be no worse off than before. So no.And was it irresponsible to make that information available?
You might want to adequately read what you quote.Lol. You seriously want to argue that the subsaharan negro, native american indian or the herdsman and nomads of asia have less vitality and health then the civilized westerners?
Most of the time I feel aracesual...I would change my race to the most intelligent one.
There are no races. There are haplo groups. But I'd be lying to tell you I've researched which on average is the most intelligent.
How do you feel?
I'd feel pretty damn lucky and blessed to be one of the more intelligent ones.Does it mean anything for you personally?
Naturally.Do you consider yourself part of that group?
That's hard to say, depends on the person. Most people probably already have an intuitive understanding of this fact so not really.Do you think people will treat members of your race differently because of it?
My life would probably be easier since I would exceed people's expectations.Do you think it will have consequences for you as an individual?
No, quite the opposite. It's rarely responsible to keep such information hidden from the public. The more information is out there, the better off everyone will be. More than likely, it will decrease the amount of racial resentment in society. And was it irresponsible to make that information available?
