What is the best border design for The North, Southwest and Taliesin corners?

This is an informational poll. Assuming that we discard the Capital District, which of these border sets is the best? The blue lines represent the current borders. The yellow lines represent the proposed borders. Feedback in this poll will help decide what proposal to include in the upcomming poll to remove the Capital District.

Option #1 - The original "Strictly Geographical" proposal.


Option #2 - Just the Capital District. Assumes the orphan mountains northeast of Bavaria are part of the chain that runs across the north of Taliesin.


Option #3 - Capital plus. Assumes the orphan mountains northeast of Bavaria are not part of the Taliesin chain.

I voted for Option 2. Domestic is all for handing control of Bavaria over to one of the provinces, and the North Province is as Fanatikan as it gets. However, those mountains are clearly a part of Taliesin.

I want the capital by itself, but I see it would not happen.

Looks like Option #2 (just the Capital District) has fairly overwhelming support over the others. I have used this in the poll proposing abolishment of the Capital District.
