What is the worst injury you have ever had?

A few years back I was brushing my teeth and I ended up fracturing 6 vertebrae.

I was playing paintball and I got shot in the leg. Then I tripped on a root on the top of a hill. Compound fracture in my ulna, loads of cuts, bigass welt on my shin, and other nasty stuff

I bruised my heel and spent a month walking on my toes.

Not fun.

I was 11 years old and was riding my bike standing up as fast as I could. I don't remember why but I used the front brakes (while I was standing up). The bike tipped over and I smashed my head into the pavement. I later woke up in an ambulance but there was no serious damage so I guess I was lucky.
