What is Your Favorite Vegetable???

Mine is the Rutabaga. I actually had to look up the name in a dictionary and I've never heard the english word, so it doesn't seem to be a common vegetable around those parts.

Curiously enough, the name of it in Norwegian is pronounced like the already mentioned kohlrabi(spelt kålrabi), but according to wiki that's the name of a completely different vegetable in english.

My favorite is the cucumber. I eat it on everything and with everything, and if you pickle it then it's even better. Probably my favorite way to eat it though is to mix crab meat, diced cucumber and a little ranch dressing and stuff it in a pita pocket.

Easily corn. Having it either grilled on a barbecue or steamed, they are just delicious an juicy.

Potatoes.

Thick-sliced and grilled in galaba, chopped into Indian food, french fries, tater tots, curly fries, hash browns, potato dosa, etc.

Delicious.
