I am essentially fluent in Yinglish, and understand a fair smattering of Yiddish, though not German. I used to be close to fluent in Hebrew when I was a small child, but lost all of it.

Portuguese, Spanish, English and French. I used to be quite good at french, I studied it for 5 years, but it is rusty nowadays. I can still read anything in french and understand it, but when talking I have to stop and think what I am going to say and translate it on my head, so I don't think that counts as proficient.

I can read Russian pretty decently, can write simple to moderately difficult sentences but when it comes to speaking it and hearing it, well thats another story.
