but when I have to speak it I speak it 33% with Romanian words, 33% with Italian words and 33% with my hands. :D

That means you're speaking 66% Italian.

Ask me about my русский in two years

Besides English, I am passable in French (I can read, and carry a conversation, though only speak in three tenses). I am essentially fluent in Yinglish, and understand a fair smattering of Yiddish, though not German. I used to be close to fluent in Hebrew when I was a small child, but lost all of it.

Proficient enough to write essays in:
Mandarin Chinese, Catonese, English,
Proficient enough to read, write and speak in advanced level:
Korean
Proficient to have everyday converssation and read:
Japanese

my main language is english

Mina Voin Puhua Suomea, un pea francais et tres peu русский

Actually it's minä osaan puhua suomea. "Osaan" means "am able to" aka I have learned to do this thing, while "voin" means "can" aka I've been given the permission to do this thing.

English
Mandarin
Basic French

English is the only major language I know. Wish I could speak French (being in Canada and all), and Spanish or German just for amusement's sake.

I'm insulted that you don't have Kannada.

Portuguese, Spanish, English and French. I used to be quite good at french, I studied it for 5 years, but it is rusty nowadays. I can still read anything in french and understand it, but when talking I have to stop and think what I am going to say and translate it on my head, so I don't think that counts as proficient.
