what languages do you speak?

i would have made a poll, but i didn't want to risk leaving anybody's language out.

personally, i speak:
English
Welsh
and i used to be able to speak German, not fluent, but at a conversational level.

I can understand perfectly a few Chinese dialects as well - Hokkien (Fujian), Teochew (Chaozhou) and Cantonese (Guangdong)...

The Malays had adopted the Latin alphabet for Malay i.e. same as English.

English and Chinese are also widely used, in their native forms. Tamil to a lesser extent.

The Muslim Malays also learn Arabic, during their religious classes.
