what languages do you speak?

i would have made a poll, but i didn't want to risk leaving anybody's language out.

personally, i speak:
English
Welsh
and i used to be able to speak German, not fluent, but at a conversational level.

But I speak Dutch, English and German, and a bit of French...

German - Little

Hebrew, English. I learnt some arabic in school but I hated it and with an average grade of 35 I learnt practically nothing.

I understand Swedish and Norwegian, but i cant speak it.

French - mother tongue.
English - most Americans say I'm fluent, I mean as soon as they are able to understand my accent :D
Spanish - just some little bits.

I used to have a bit of ancient greek knowledge, but it has so completely rusted that I don't even remember the first ten numbers...

Malay - medium of instruction in school till pre-university

I can understand perfectly a few Chinese dialects as well - Hokkien (Fujian), Teochew (Chaozhou) and Cantonese (Guangdong)... :)

KD what alfabet do they use in Malaysia?

The Malays had adopted the Latin alphabet for Malay i.e. same as English.

English and Chinese are also widely used, in their native forms. Tamil to a lesser extent.

The Muslim Malays also learn Arabic, during their religious classes.

and I know a bit of German, Middelnederlands, Afrikaans and Antwaarps
 
Dutch and English fluent, French, German and Spanish I do alright in. It helps to be from a small country.
