What Papers do you read?

We get the Globe and Mail at home on saturdays, weekdays I read it online.

Local paper seven days a week and the Wall Street Journal six.

Washington Post
Baltimore Sun
And the city paper.

The Patriot News. (which is way less trashy than it sounds, also the only other paper in the Harrisburg area is ran by right-wing loonies)

Basler Zeitung, mostly

Guardian, Observer.

Anything else for flavor. The tabloids headlines to see the art of the pun. The Independent or The Times now and again. Whatever the local rag is. When the news has broken in the day sometimes The Evening Standard - bunch of tossers that they are I always feel better if there is a copy left on the train/ bus so I dont have to give them my money. The International Herald Tribune once in a while. The Economist if it is kicking around - great coverage but awful page lay-out.

The Southern Illinoisan
St. Louis Post Dispatch

Guardian, Observer.

What? Pick up the Daily Mail sometime so you can learn what's really going on in the world. :mischief:

The only print I read is the Chicago Reader (music scene, local happenings, movies, restaurants, a few local pieces and classifieds) and Barron's. Everything else like WSJ and Bloomberg is online.

The Columbus Dispatch
The Newark Advocate
The Other Paper (central ohio news and entertainment)

I have a Subscription to the Wall Street Journal (long live capitalism) and often pick up a copy of the USA today. But I find that a good portion of the print is controlled by the liberals (the legend is true! The liberals do control the media! Pass it on), so I usually record some day-time Fox News and watch it later.

Bleh, can't stand some of Fox News daytime...well, pretty much every since they devoted every minute to Anna Nicole Smith all of February and March...I'll watch the later stuff. This is straying off topic, though.

For print, I don't have a print subscription, but often when I'm out, I'll pick up copies of the:

New York Times
Wall Street Journal

And the Kings Courier, which is really local. Most of it I don't read, but they will have some local politics and other news in there. In the same Courier-Life index of papers, if there's a Bay News copy availiable, sometimes I'll pick that up too or if there's no Kings Courier.

Papers I read online:

Washington Post (though if I see it in print, I might get it, a few newsstands in New York carry it)
New York Daily News (sometimes in print)
New York Post (again, sometimes in print)
New York Observer
New York Sun
Financial Times

And a couple times I've picked them up in print, when I was there, and have visited their sites sometimes:

Minneapolis Star Tribune
St. Paul Pioneer Press

And a scattering of others and of varying frequencies.

Edit: Dear God, I read a bunch of papers. I suppose it helps that I never bother with entertainment sections and the like.
