There's a "save" button that opens the image as a JPG. You should be able to save from there.

Edit: picture from June 2004. I was growing out my fringe and getting a new pair of glasses. I couldn't see what the new frames I was trying on looked like without my glasses, so I took pictures and then put my normal glasses back on to see what the pictures looked like. That's where contacts would have been handy.
