I know Spain is the safe bet, but, what about Germany? they could do some awesome Crusade related things, unlikely but that would be amazing, Germany is the for me, the most exciting Civ because its finally medieval Germany. NO MORE PANZERS. :D

the UU would probably be Landsknecht again or Teutonic Knight.

I voted for Spain, as this is the first CIV that comes to my mind when we talk about Religion.

I am hoping for Germany....with something else as a Panzer for UU!

:smoke::smoke:

Spain and India seems to be the most likely because we have had some information about their unique units. Both these civs may be focusing on religion.

Seriously guys? The birthplace of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism is India, and you're betting on Spain for this week's religious civilization reveal? [emoji13]
I understand that Spain is, indeed, a very religious country - but to give Spain credit over India in the religion department is just silly.

And seriously, enough with the overpopulation stuff that India has been having in Civilization games! [emoji6]

It's not like there can be more than one religious civ...

I think the sheer traumatizing number of missionaries sent by Isabella in Civ V has left a toll on the player base when it comes to religion haha

I think the players have a trauma from cIV-Isabella: If you didn't adopt her religion war was inevitable.

Spain or Poland would be the hot favourites given Ed's hint: it would make a lot of sense for the Civ in question to have uniques that affect religion or faith. I'd say Spain as they're the safe option.

Wildcard suggestion: Arabia could have a religious unique - maybe conquered territories convert to their religion faster, or something?

Oh yeah that brings back memories of Isabella.. Civ 4 leaders sure had more personality than the more wooden Civ 5 ones.
