Is the C3C in-game matchmaking still supported? I haven't tried it online in years.
Man civ3 is hard. I tried a normal game today, the AI gets so many free settlers the world is claimed so fast and they complete all the early wonders while you're still 50 turns away

Seriously tho, we don't like terrorists because they fight for leadership, not let the voters choose. Although in the middle east, there are not that many democracies, so the only way to get leadership is to fight for it.
Then we/soviets(mostly us) come in the keep our Oil safe. Or various strategetic areas, or werever diplomatic incidents can cause nuclear holocaust.
Then they declare Jihad against invaders and promote battle, or wat-erver all out war is for whatever group it was.
Then it is a bloody battle, rebels, marching death.
The starting problem is democracy either is non-existant, or fails with a dictator in all but name ruling. If we let the mob rule with Perfect Knowledge of the Candidates and Issues, without any mud slinging and lying nor fanaticalism or all sorts of stuf we let into american politics we'll be fine.
As my best friend always say: "The Opposite of Progress is Congress."
Let's fix our own system before messing with the other dudes. And I better stop typing or else my joke will become a ramble and I'll look more of a fool than I am, which is nearly impossible, but I feel this in my heart that American Politics lost many things over the last half-century: we have to change it within (More parties or better parties) or without (TEA party, Protests, acurate news) the political system. If we can't make our system work, why mess with the other dude's lawn? Why would he let you mow his law after he saw what you did to yours, eh? I shall stop typing NAO

Thlayli, if you seriously don't think race plays a role in todays politics (not simply of those who hold and run for political office), then you are some word for stupid that hasn't been invented yet. That being said, I assume you just mean to say it has simply been significantly reduced (but considering how bad it was, I don't think significant is enough).
