That said, all kings and all rulers must necessarily suck up to their people or they lose power. Kings and rulers, it can be said, have the least freedom because they must pander to the masses.

Aren't you the guy who is always fawning all over him (maybe it was someone else), its like what das used to have but with just one guy.

Not really, it just means he can freely ignore you, he may throw you a bone once because he needs you for something. But once thats done your surplus to requirements.

This is what every good NESer does. I personally have seen it happen. Symphony does it sometimes.
