You diss NESing here? Lucky my friend, it is YOU who need to leave.
The NES is a nice console though.
The best console ever made is without a doubt the SNES. Though I did like the N64, Saturn, Ps2 and Gamecube. The Xbox's really make me sick.
Did you get Halo 3 yet? I was thinking of staying up but I guess tonight will be just as easy. It's not like they're going to run out.Nah. I liked the Xbox, I like the Xbox 360 too.

Did you just call the NES inferior to NESing? You need to leave.
Half-Life 2's only significant pioneering contribution was the Gravity Gun. StarCraft's only significant pioneering contribution was 3 sides. Homeworld's only significant pioneering contribution was full 3-D space combat (in an RTS). Deus Ex's only pioneering contribution was... oh, wait, it didn't have any, it was basically an updated System Shock 2, and so is Bioshock. And Supreme Commander is in the same boat as it's just Total Annihilation with StarCraft's only innovation and some pretty graphics--kinda like Alpha Centauri is Civilization 2 dressed up all funny with customizable units. Spore is a self-admitted compilation of different games that are just interesting because other people's works are downloaded to kill yours.Still Halo is the single most overrated piece of software that has ever graced a digital medium. The only pioneered concept worth noting was that you could only carry two or three weapons at one time.

Oh, you mean to say there's really no such thing as a revolution in gaming? How fascinating. Your argument remains superfluous because all those titles are only famous if at all for their presentation and execution rather than some new gimmick? Incredible.
You want to argue that Halo has horsehockey presentation and execution, fine. I will agree that the moment they introduced the Flood it became Doom/Quake. But that's entirely tangential to the point of Multiplayer, now isn't it? It's not even terribly good Multiplayer compared to certain other games, but that's also tangential, because we weren't talking about it in comparison to other games.
N...E...S
But INES is pronounced ines, like the iberian name (forget from Spain or portugal, so Iberian works.) AFSNES is A-F-S-N-E-S, since it doesnt flow as a word. LINES is lines.
I am a neser, but N-E-S.
Weird, I know.
