While We Wait: Part 6

I can see how that my be beneficial to newer NESers.
Maybe. I have a feeling though that it'll be useful to everyone. Review and information sources in other hobbies and interests get a lot more press than among people who're new to the hobby (look at anything from IGN to Cat Fancy).

The majority turning in orders on the very last day of a five-week sending period says "little interest," to me at least. There's also a general lack of stories, of diplomacy, of basically pretty much anything but orders--given most people are in the business of governing and doing domestic things related to development, that says that although there could very well be a lot of creativity, a lot of it is probably variations on "grow economy."

It's very hard to work up interest in an NES that updates even more infrequently than mine.

And I realize I as a mod am guilty as well, which is why I totally understand when people leave without telling me.

I can understand that, however I gather from speaking with Chandrasekhar that it's something of a feedback loop--people don't seem very excited so he himself isn't either. Between that and real world work for all involved we've entered into a cycle where updates keep taking longer and longer. Neither he nor the players are fully to blame for that, but when both sides are rather blase about the affair, it rather quickly comes to a grinding halt.

Concerning the recent Code Geass NES. Discuss.
Personally I'm waiting for the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 NES.

A: "I wanna be the World Economic Union!"
B: "Dibs on the Human Reformation League!"
C: "I guess I'll take the Advanced European Union..."
D: "I'm Celestial Being!"
A, B, C: "Damn! He's owning us! LET'S GO EARTH SPHERE FEDERATION! Form feet and legs! Form arms and torso! And, I'll form the head! Form blazing sword!"
D: "I inflict a crushing defeat and run away!"
E: "Hey guys, can I be A-Laws?"
D: "I'm going to own you, guy."
A, B, C: "Grow economy!"

It's a good show. The best Gundam since the 1980s by far, in fact. Maybe the best ever. But like Code Geass it just has a terrible geopolitical situation to base a game of more than three people on.

Is He? Or Not? Being Chased By The Mossad?
No. silver is being chased by, at most, a few of his fellow students, possibly a hooker or two, and the university authorities. The Israeli intelligence service probably could not care less about his existence.

That's right, Agent Yavani. Let him get his guard down before we strike. ;)

Actually, he is being chased by the Mossad. You see, if they don't stop him, he'll become an evil dictator by 2035.

The Mossad, of course, can time travel.

Ah, so he was trying to throw us off our guard with his username. Cunning, that. ;)

Oh, 2039 doesn't refer to the date of his ascension...

Anyway, more interesting is what sp will end up doing with his life.

I didn't catch it either. I guess you're just way too intelligent for the rest of us, North King.

Mashpoo Redpants? How is it possible not to ask about that?
