Especially when the mods aren't updating because of some fixed time-constraint. For example, asking me when my next update will be or when stats will be up is just obnoxious, as I have explicitly (and repeatedly) stated I am at school and am not going to be dealing with that while here.

Oh bloody...you have to be joking me. What's wrong with it? Is this a serious question? Well, ignoring the fact that its both annoying and pointless, and ignoring that you sound like a child incessantly whining ”Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" Are we there yet?, it utterly ruins the IC-flavor of the thread. You can have many pages of IC-discussions and such revolving around the NES, and then you find that little oddball that is nothing but five words of idiocy. If the update is done, the Mod will post it. Trust me, they're not going to hold out on you. Patience.

NWAG lacks merit, and thus we do not tollerate his incessant whining. Thalylyily contributes massivly and only asks about an update infrequently.

A quick search reveals NWAG has demanded an update in over 200 posts..

Actually, no. Any post with the words “When is the update” deserves to burn.

Sorry, but no. Generally you can tell when a Mod has given up on a NES, and if you're that worried you can drop them a line or something. No need for irrelevant posts.
