"Be'll responding" is pretty much non-standard English of your own invention, imo.

I'd guess it's short for "I'll be responding". It kind of doesn't work (?) since you're moving the auxiliary past the participle, which I've never seen anyone do before. You could try "Be responding'll". Makes as much sense.

But, really, you're free to do so at your whim. It may even catch on. Who knows?

Be'll responding sounds weirdly correct. I be will responding is its long form and that does not sound correct.
