Statue of Liberty - 5 (8 - 3) This was such a fun wonder to get in Civ V, taking Freedom. In Civ VI there is not a lot of point to building it. When it is build-able you should already have a handle on loyalty, and the two cities you settle will not be worth much (maybe settling some islands for seaside resorts, but even then...).

Petra - 15 (14+1) Whether it really stacks up and is worth the risk of building a desert city to try for Petra? I'm not sure. I just think it's a really cool wonder, both the wonder itself and the effect. Making a desert city, usually pretty useless, into a great city is just an awesome idea. I really enjoy it when I get to build this wonder and transform one of my cities!

Statue of Liberty - 0 (2-3 = ELIMINATED) Settlers in the late game are pretty pointless. Loyalty isn't an issue for me. I hope they change the bonuses to this wonder.
    St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Stonehenge - 16 (15+1) Not the best wonder but I'll defend it because it is better than some other truly terrible wonders in the game. Gives you a religion around 50 turns before anyone else. Faith and and culture adjacency bonus. Unlocks a civic early. Gives you a rush.

Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 17 (= 20 - 3) I just don't think it's worth the huge logistical effort and hammers to build. It's so late in the game that Culture and Science are no longer priority yields – you either want to be turning hammers towards space projects, or focusing Tourism.

Kotoku-in - 17 (20-3) Can't imagine ever wanting to build this even if I was playing a religious game. Monks aren't that great, and +20% in one city usually won't help you that much. I'd rather build Great Library or Chicken Pizza over this for sure.

Venetian Arsenal - 21 (20+1) Lots of good wonders, but on any map with water this is so OP. It guarantees you'll have the strongest navy so you can focus production on other things. I think it should be nerfed to a 6 tile range of effect, similar to Colosseum. Getting double naval units in ALL cities for the rest of the game is just crazy.

Casa de Contración should be 21

Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 18 = 17 + 1. It's not the best wonder but I love the flavor/challenge of building it. This plus St. Basil's Cathedral makes it actually worthwhile to found a city in the middle of some snow/tundra.

Chichen Itza - 8 = 11 - 3. I usually need to chop a bunch of rainforest to build this before the AI, which kind of defeats the purpose. Also you can't build any improvements on rainforest (except for bananas) which makes it less useful compared to Petra or St. Basil's for the terrain based wonders.

Glad to see the Statue of Liberty gone first. There are a lot of underwhelming wonders, but this is the only one that's an active liability. Otherwise, though, I'm seeing a lot of decent wonders being downvoted before some very bad ones. I'm going to focus my initial upvotes more on saving some of these than on distinguishing between the the best wonders.

Chichen Itza - 5 I don't think I can save this at this point, but it doesn't deserve to be the second wonder eliminated. A production and 2 culture per rainforest tile can be a lot in the right city (which is of course the only place you should build it). Certainly not a top tier wonder, but certainly not the worst of the worst either.

Great Library - 12 (11 + 1) The original bonus is underwhelming given its placement in the civic tree, but the new one can add up to a lot of science over the course of a game. There are three great scientists per era, and while they won't all be earned, I do find that a lot fewer are skipped under the new era system than were before. In anything remotely resembling a competitive game someone else is going to get some of these (and in a culture, religion or military game, other people will get most of them). This means plenty of Eurekas, almost certainly adding to more science than, say, the free techs from Oxford, which is still at 20 points. The great work slots aren't worth building a wonder for but are a nice side bonus.

Sydney Opera House - 17 (20 - 3) The culture wonders that give great person points and slots and nothing else are all bad (compare their tourism boost to wonders like Eiffel tower or Christo Redentor, or compare them to their Civ V equivalents, which gave free great people and were still good but not great). Sydney Opera House is definitely the worst, though given its cost and civic tree placement. By the time you're able to complete it, it's quite possible there will be no Great Musicians left to earn. Hermitage is probably the least bad, since it frees up stops for easy to fill archaeological museums.

Even on maps with little need for a navy it is very good. AI doesn’t prioritize it, it is empire wide effect so it can be build in a smaller city to not take a slot in your big cities, and you can easily get most of the great engines as the AI doesn’t seem to favor GE points. On maps where you need a navy it call help you two early armadas and early iron clads/battle ships to crush the AI.

Great Zimbabwe - 18 (17 + 1) In the right city, this can get you a ton of gold. Yes, it's hard to find the right situation to build it, but when you do - holy cow! (See what I did there? :))
    Hagia Sophia - 17
Hanging Gardens - 17 (20 - 3) The AI likes this one, but I don't think it should. Modest boost to the speed at which you reach the population max you were going to reach anyway plus 2 housing locally would be okay, but it takes a river tile which you likely can find better use for.

Taj Mahal - 14+1=15 - I wanted to give a point to incredibbly good Pyramids that can save me huge amount of production from builders, but I have to give points to this. It's not trash! I don't play on epic or marathon, and I prefer not to get in dark age, so this wonder is something I head for every game. It comes in the middle of the game. I don't feel it's late. And there is one more bonus - it's one of the, if not the prettiest wonder in the game.

Taj Mahal 12 (15-3) - I'm going to hammer this one home because I really don't like the bonus it gives. It's very underwhelming and is not worth it when era points are already so abundant.
    Temple of Artemis - 22
    Terracotta Army - 20
Venetian Arsenal - 22 (21+1) - I know some people hate ships, but I love them and getting double is crazy good. This is probably my favourite looking wonder and brings me so many fond memories of visiting my most favourite city on the planet.
