Dunno why Chichen Itza is being downvoted so much, this wonder can be amazing in a city with lots of jungle. There are worse wonders than this.

Kilwa Kisiwani - 21 (20+1): I'll show KK some love. The max-out of 30% yield increase means it's not broken but it's still a very welcome bonus and nicely implemented. Gorgeous model too.

Huey Teocalli - 21 (20 + 1 = 21) I often have plenty of empty lake tiles, And buffed lake tiles gives you a decent food source no matter where you colonize often showing up in otherwise unusable arctic lands. Buffed lake oil spaces are especially nice.

Ruhr Valley - 21+1=22. A staple of SV for building your spaceport. Production is king and this wonder provides insane amounts of it.
St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Stonehenge - 7
Sydney Opera House - 17-3=14. This one is very late in the game to really contribute to the only VC it helps with. Its also expensive and only available on the coast.

Great Library - 8 (7+1) There are far better wonders on this list, of course. But as I see that downvoting goes as if we were still in vanilla, I'll give it a little support. This is R&F wonder lineup. And in R&F the Great Library has been noticeably buffed. It's new worthiness is not in Ancient and Classical era eurekas. And it is not there to help you to SV, by God of your choice, no. It is there to help you greatly to the cultural victory via the new R&F buff of a random eureka every time somebody else gets a great scientist. When you go for CV, it is much more likely that most GS will be recruited by AI. On higher difficulties that could translate into a few dozens of shaved off tech research turns. It is a great help to keep up in science: you save either research time or production for eureka things time. And, of course, when you churn out one great writer after another, those two slots for books are omg how valuable. Once again, this is no longer that bad vanilla-times wonder.

Stonehenge - 4 (7-3) This one is deceitful. Most of the time you'll be left with a huge 0 on the ground to symbolize your shattered hopes when AI beats you to it. But if your Herculean efforts result in your building it, before too long, you will realize that you chained yourself to a prisoner's ball of monumental proportions on your march to any victory. Nothing but a dead weight and wasted cogs&time.

Ruhr Valley: 22 - 3 = 19 (Another single city impacting wonder and much of its value is gone now with Reyna spaceport purchase and Royal society. I never build it anymore)
St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Stonehenge - 1 + 1 = 2 (There are far less impactful wonders still on the board. Yes it's tough to get and a frustrating wonder, but a religion is still a good benefit. Also you get hammers back now for a fail so it's less risky)

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 15 = (18-3) This just comes too late for me to be interested in it. For me the best wonder comes mid game, after you've expanded enough and aren't going to cripple your early growth by building one, but while there's still enough time in the game left for it to matter. Wonders that are too early or too late are both issues.

Chichen Itza - ELIMINATED (2-3) I'll go ahead and put this one down. I don't actually believe it's the worst wonder left, but I can't remember the last time I was able to build it, and it seems like when I had a clear opportunity, the rainforest tiles available weren't worth it. This one just makes me angry for some reason.
Colosseum - 25
Colossus - 21 (20 + 1) ...and I'll show some love here. While not the best wonder in the game, given the opportunity (good, open ocean tile; one or two old growth woods to spare) it's a fair early game wonder that I never seem to regret.

Petra - 16 (15+1) Best wonder for desert based civs with UIs on desert tiles ie Egypt, Nubia and Persia. I know it's competitive but if you manage it you are rewarded with a desert paradise city that churns out money, food and production. This is only enhanced by desert UIs. Believe in the Petra Dream.

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 16 = 15+1, this wonder can be very useful if you can chop it or allocate a few production-rich trade routes to complete. It can boost a lot of production for your spaceport city(s).

Mausoleum at Halicarnassus – 23 (22+1) --- I find this wonder useful in the extreme. The AI does not prioritize it, and hence I can build it occasionally. Usually I stumble on it pre-built by the AI and feel thankful that I’ll be able to complete the Estadio do Marcana quicker. In multiplayer (which I don’t play much), I’d imagine the fray could become a Petra-like 50% production loss festival involving 4 (or more) civs.
