Colosseum - 24
Forbidden City - 16 (19 - 3) It's a great wonder, but I think the requirement to place it right next to the city center makes it a bit less flexible than the other two, and due to it coming later it won't have as big an impact as they could. Like OneMoreTurnPerTile mentioned, chances are you have most of the cards you want running already.
Pyramids - 27 (26 + 1) All the remaining wonders are great, but I think I have to vote for the Pyramids this round, will likely vote for the Colosseum the next. The free worker is an instant return and can help you get that extra luxury or key improvement that you need.

Colosseum - 24=1= 25 This is getting tough now, as I feel this and pyramid are the two best.
Forbidden City - 16-3= 13 This is also one of my favorites, but it is not as good as the other two.
Pyramids - 27

Colosseum - 25+1= 26 - Easy to build, great lasting effects
Forbidden City - 13
Pyramids - 27-3=24 - You don’t always start with deserts or flood plains

Colosseum - 26 - 3 = 23 - Relies on building up Entertainment district.
Forbidden City -13
Pyramids - 24 + 1 = 25 - Extra builder actions is invaluable so early on, giving your civ a real boost.

Colosseum - 23
Forbidden City -13 - 3 = 10 To late, too many hammer.
Pyramids - 25 + 1 = 26 Easy to build, effect lasts all game long.

Colosseum - 23
Forbidden City - 11 (10+1) The most flexible wonder remaining
Pyramids - 23 (26-3) This is a little worse after Liang

Colosseum - 20=23-3 Need 700+ Hammer actually, not a cheap one.
Forbidden City - 11
Pyramids - 24=23+1 Extra Charge is always a very good bonus, and perfectly stack with other bonuses like Liang or Feudalism.

Colosseum - 20
Forbidden City - 12 (11+1) Still the best!
Pyramids - 21 (24-3) Really hard to vote against any of these, I guess because the required terrain and presence of choppable/hammers is less consistent?

Colosseum - 21 = (20+1) Still the best by far. This isn't the top 3 I would've picked. I think the Pyramids should have gone at #5 and the Forbidden city while good has gotten this far by being non-controversial.
Forbidden City - 12
Pyramids - 18 = (21-3) Time to go + 1 builder charge just isn't as game changing as a boat load of culture and amenities. Especially when you have to race for it.

Colosseum - 21
Forbidden City: 12 - 3 = 9 (I'd rather have the other two)
Pyramids: 18 + 1 = 19 (Builder charges are game changing)

Colosseum - 18 (21 - 3) - The bonuses are nice, but I don't usually stack my cities too close together so the 6tile radius usually affects at most 3 cities. And the placement conditions are quite specific, it forces you to make EC with Arena AND you also need to plan ahead to have a flat land tile next to it AND this tile should be not further than 6 tiles away from as many cities as possible.
Forbidden City - 10 (9 + 1) - This is the most flexible wonder in the game, because you can choose your own bonus and you can change it almost anytime (additional policy card of any type). Unlike other wonders with a fixed bonus, this one has any bonus you want (well, any from the big varienty of policy cards).
I still don't understand the hate for this wonder from some people here. Some people said the Big Ben was better - the main bonus is the policy card slot and a wildcard slot is NEVER worse than an economic slot. It can be used in exactly the same way if you want, but in some situations you can put there any other card when you really need it. Including the very good diplomatic cards. The flexibility is so much higher. Maybe people still don't know that you don't have to put just the blue policy cards to the wildcard slots? And nobody is mentioning the placement conditions - Forbidden City is really simple to plan for and even if you didn't, you'll most probably find a flat land adjanced to the CC.

Pyramids - 19

Colosseum - 19 (18+1): As many others have stated, lots of culture + amenities
Forbidden City - 7 (10-3): 7th best card, no thank you for top 3
Pyramids - 19

Colosseum - 19 (16-3) - I don't generally need Entertainment districts until Renaissance or Industrial. It will never hurt to build this thing but it's just way too soon generally.
Forbidden City - 8 (7+1) - It's not about the 7th best card - it's about the 2nd or 3rd best card in category that just misses the cut... and extremely useful when you are trying to fit in Professional Army (one of many examples) without disrupting your GPT.
Pyramids - 19

Colosseum - 19
Forbidden City - 5 (8 - 3) Easily the weakest of the remaining wonders since it comes later.
Pyramids - 20 (19 + 1) Still the best option remaining. An extra builder charge is good for any victory type and any civ.

Colosseum - 20 = 19 + 1. I prefer the amenities & culture over the builder charge
Forbidden City - 2 = 5 - 3. I don't think it's a top 3 wonder.
Pyramids - 20

Colosseum - 20
Forbidden City - 2 - 3 = ELIMINATED Big Ben is better unless you use every wildcard slot for non-economic policy cards
Pyramids - 20 + 1 = 21 China + Liang + Feudalism = so many builders

Colosseum - 21 (20+1) Of the two left, its the one I'd build first
Pyramids - 17 (20-3). Not as needed as Colosseum

Colosseum - 22 (21 + 1) Amenities and Culture are scarce commodities. This lets you get more of both than you can otherwise. And if you don't need the extra amenities, you can sell more luxuries, which probably saves you more gold than the Pyramids will.
Pyramids - 14 (17 - 3) By the time the Pyramids are available, I'm never short of Builder charges. They're cheap and easy to get.

Colosseum - 23 (22 + 1) You can build this every game, it doesn't require specific terrain which you're far from likely guaranteed to get. It also gives you a lot of culture and amenities which you can't get from elsewhere, whereas there are multiple ways to get extra builder charges.
Pyramids - 11 (14 - 3) Lhang and Feudalism makes this wonder totally unnecessary, plus how often do you start on desert tiles? I prefer Petra over this outdated wonder.

Colosseum - 24 (23+1) It offers its bonuses to around six cities if you like building compact.
Pyramids - 8 (11-3) Good wonder but Liang and Feudalism already offer its bonus.
