Your house on Google Maps.

I saw them near my home. Newspaper said it was entirely legal of them to take pictures of anykind as long as they are on public property. So something like that.

england has the highest proportion of CCTV cameras per capita in the world... ironic huh?

No Irony comes from the fact that the cameras were a waste of money.

I can tell they got my place on a Monday morning because of the bins on the street, but that's all because both main streets were clearly done at a different time - it's a rainy afternoon in them, whilst it's a bright sunny morning in my little side street.

Yeah, I've noticed that in my area, too. There's a place not far from my neighborhood where it goes from bright, cloudless and sunny to very cloudy by just going a few feet down a road.

Alas, Aberdeen is in it but they don't have the city centre, so I can't see anything related to myself. Most of my friends seem to have been outside of their houses when the pictures were taken.

I can't decide if this feature is absolutely brilliant or utterly terrifying.

Oh that's Dundee. Throwing rocks at houses is practically the primary pastime of youths there.

Sweet Jesus, I'm surprised the Google Camera didn't explode.

I saw one of the cars in January. You really can't miss them. Unlike the photo posted by sourboy though, the camera thing on top was really chunky.

I'm waiting for them to upload photos of the road I saw the car on (assuming that it was taking photos at the time).
