ooc I doubt there will be any difficulties, seeing as India remains in the Commonwealth of Nations while it is a Republic. It is a voluntary organization and does not require for the members to accept the head (Queen Elizabeth II) as head of their state. And yes a made a mistake, Queen Elizabeth II is currently Queen of Barbados, however breaking those ties with the Queen won't have any adverse effects on Barbados, it has been in consideration by the government for quite some time (i was there when Owen Aurther gave the freakin speech about it) And yes i know Owen Aurther is no longer Prime Minister. I don't really see the problem actually
Yui could i get replies from the Caribbean nations on who is interested in participating in said Union (Constitution will be written up soon). Pm it to me if you please
