Good evening everyone :)

I know units come in pack these days, but mine comes alone ;)
It was intended as an Antiquity replacement for Einstein, the Scientific Leader by Firaxis. That is why there is no Attack anim. I called him "Ancient Cultural Leader" instead of "Ancient Scientific Leader" although that's what I would use him for, but the Harp looked a bit more cultural than scientific.

Here's a preview of the anims:

and here's an in-game preview:

You may notice I'm using Ares' Terrain and cities by Kyriakos.

I have made my own anims for once (I had to, because there are no harp-playing anim available around here), except the run anim made by CamJH.

It is a very simple unit, nothing to brag about, but I really think it was needed and I hope it will find a place in many scenarios.

Download it here.

Note: there is currently no sound playing in the fidget and fortify anims, I have to convert some to fit the anim. I'll post an update soon.

This is a good idea! :)

I could need a good "Shakespear-unit", running around with a skull in the "Hamlet-style" as a replacement for the current Great Artist of era III in CCM (to be or not to be...).

Thank you Quinn :)

That's a good idea, and maybe not too difficult to do :) How do you see it ? If it could use some clothes available here for the PDM, then I can give it a try.

Great idea for a unit, and well executed!

@Mithadan: thank you very much :)
@Shiro: yes! Thank you, I had them and didn't know what to do with them ;) Maybe I could use some parts of the Landsknecht model too, what do you think ? I'm away from my computer this week-end, but I'll try something next week. Hero-type units have less anims, so they take less time to render :)

Looks great, themanuneed! Nice work!:goodjob:

I know Dom Pedro II made a Steven Hawking for the modern era, and I think someone (Bjornlo?) made a Galileo for the medieval. Your Harpcemedes really completes it!

Thanks for the comments guys :)

@Goldflash: Harpcemedes  I didn't know about this Galileo unit, I have to look for it.

EDIT: not by Bjornlo, for sure... still looking for it.
