New Wonder: SS Training Camp

Again, something I made for The Missing Links 3.
The idea was to make the Waffen SS unit available to Fascist governments only. In my mod, this is a small wonder (Fascism-specific) that will pop out a Waffen SS every 5 turns.
Of course, you could use it for some other kind of training camp, barracks etc. (well, maybe not the splash...

).

Hmm, interesting- looks like the former SS barracks in Munich- it's for sale now (at least partly, as the German Army is downsizing) if anybody is looking for cheap property

Yeah, but there are like six or more buildings for fascists to choose from - compared to others that is a lot.

Create a no-era, untradable tech with a building 'Being German'. Give this tech to Germany and set this wonder to require 'Being German' to be build.
