It definitely links to the 6-7-1 version but I'm playing away on that as I hoped... the new hotfix would have just updated 6-7-1 to the most current version.

I downloaded both the versions in the order they were listed but a few hours after the second post.
The post #16 linked to Version 6-7-2; Post #29 linked to version 6-7-1.
So then I checked INSIDE the respective zip directories. The 6-7-2 file time was appropriately later than the 6-7-1 file.
The version names are in correct sequence.

Yup, I meant these.
Happiness seems to be bugged in the latest hotfix. At this stage of the game I have never seen that much happiness, also no happiness from poverty, distress, boredom... On top of that, everyone in the world has 100% happiness, which is crazy, particularly because of the constant wars (Me Vs America / Egypt and Shoshone Vs Mongolia) earlier in that game, neither India or the Ottomans were hitted by unhappiness despite being pillaged warring for a long period.
Edit: Oh, and look at my culture, 102+ in the second image after taking the Fealty Policy that convert 25% of your happiness into culture. Yea, kinda strong lol.

The issue definately seems to be the luxury happiness, you are averaging 20 happy per lux, that's WAAAAAAY too high.
Ian9 caught a serious (self-inflicted
