Currently, cities adjacent to a lake can spawn conscripted naval units. Could it be possible to prevent that?
 
Free units from authority really ought to just be restricted to your best non-strategic infantry land unit available.

i think right now it searches for the highest CS of any non-strategic unit available
 
I am not getting any infos at start of each round about killed units, any war or freedom messages, wonders build an so on. Absolutely no infos any more.
Any idea ?

The only problem would be about cities built on 1-tile island, where infantry units couldn't spawn.

Maybe we could keep naval unit spawning but only in cities with access to coast.
 
Of course they could, they would spawn in the city, and can embark if they need to be unstacked
 
Did the "GTFO or declare!" interaction get removed at some point over the last year? I have neither had the option available nor had it used against me since I started playing again.

If so, I quite like the change. If not, consider this a formal suggestion for that. It was never an interaction that felt fun or meaningful, whether using it or having it used, and not seeing it come up randomly because I moved a pathfinder and a warrior within 1000 tiles of my neighbor by accident is very nice.

I changed it so that it considers relative unit power to lower AI sensitivity. The option is still there. Scouts are also ignored.
 
  • Candi says it boosts Oases gold by 3, but it only boosts it by 2:c5gold:
  • Candi says it boosts cocoa and citrus by 2:c5food:2:c5gold:, but it only boosts them by 1:c5food:1:c5gold:
  • Candi doesn't give +1:tourism: to Artists/Writers/Musician specialists in the city, but the base Garden does

Did any of this get resolved, particularly the tourism bonus?
