The Korean Empire shall surrender most of its remaining Chinese holdings to the coalition of Western powers, save for a small base in Yunnan. We will pull out our troops from the mainland, save for a strictly limited garrison in the said small base. We will surrender economic rights to Jeju and Kyushu to your coalition, and though those islands will legally belong to us you may keep garrisons there alongside ours to maintain your economic interests. We will also limit our hull sizes to cruiser-level.
However, we would like to sign non-aggression pacts with your coalition, that will remain in perpetuity. We would also like to open up free and equitable trade with the Republic of China, and we request that you convince them to allow us to do business there. Also, if it is possible, please extend this peace to the Empire of China, and perhaps help us in establishing a compromise between the Empire and the Republic, one that will be agreeable to both parties, to avoid further bloodshed.
