The Mexican army is preparing to expel your forces from Houston and the rest of Texas. Failure to come to terms will be costly for all sides in this conflict however success is assured for the Texans.
 
Treaty of Houston - 1902

The following is an agreement of Terms for the end of Louisiana Aggression on the Texan Republic and the current occupation of Houston.

1) the Dominion of Louisiana (henceforth referred to as Louisiana) will take full responsibility of aggression and catalyst for the War of Louisiana Aggression.

2) By the end of 1902 Louisiana will pay reparations in the cost of 2 EP.

3) By the end of 1902 6 fully equipped Louisiana Monitors will be turned over to Texan Republic Naval commanders.

4) From 1903 - 1907 Louisiana will pay one EP per year to the Texan Republic for reparations during the War of Louisiana Aggression.

5) 5 Year NAP between the Texan Republic and the Dominion of Louisiana

6) Louisiana will lower taxes on Texan merchants traveling the Mississippi River.
