I explained it on the map- the Missouri follows a further southward path on this map than it does on the old map. Trusting the locations relative to the rivers more than absolute location, I thus distorted the area to better meet with what was shown. Thus, the Algonquin nation stretches far south and is squashed eastwards, Louisiana's northern frontier is compacted southwards, Deseret is twisted clockwise and Texas is stretched northwards. The different projection is my explanation for Texas' latitudinal stretching and longitudinal compaction.

I also coloured the borders as requested, but I didn't shade the capitals, because your map didn't have shaded capitals either. For that matter, I missed Inuk Nannut's capital, everything Latin American, and the Caribbean, but I had to leave my computer and just posted what I had. I imagine you can finish it off- there's not much left now other than South America and cities, but I'd be happy to help, if I can find more time.

Actually I feel the need to intervene with Ovambia as moderator. I agree that because of the general situation and attitude of georgians, it is unlikely that the leaders of Ovambia would allow themselves to become part of the protectorate. You're welcome to be a member of the Axis though.

I will use the maps after reviewing them, though I reserve the right to alter the borders should I disagree wit hthe interpretation.

ooc because ovambia has a stability of 10 but only an economy of 2 so joining a protecreate is sensible, georgia is the nation most ideologically and culturally similar to ovambia so better them than anyone else.

. For many decades I have ruled Hawaii, but I am growing older and older. I believe I have ruled these Islands well, and brought prosperity upon them. but I am starting to grow tired, and I never intended to remain ruler of these Isles for this long.

. I wish to retire and step down from my throne. Yet my sole child, my daughter, shows no intrest in replacing me, and instead wishes to be an actress. I do not want to force her into this role, like your nation forced me into it so long ago. Instead.. instead, I wish to propose something else.

. I wish, with your help, to move Hawaii from being a protectorate of your nation, to being a part of it in truth. for you to take my crown so I may retire and that our people may have a better life. I believe I have strengthened us culturally and economically enough to prevent us from being overwhelmed by you during this merger.

. But if you do not think this would be a wise course of action, at least help us transition to a republic, a democracy, or a constitutional monarchy with you as our monarch, so I may retire and spend my remaining years in peace with my family, without this burden of leadership.

. Please, consider this, and reply when you can. I do not expect to act before the end of this year, but the sooner we can start, the better.
