A Brave New World Part 2

From: Texan Republic
To: Union of Mexico

The Texan Republic has every intention of supporting freedom for Jamaica and instituting Free elections for its populace. As I have stated before The Texan Republic and the Gulf Alliance have no ill intentions towards the Union of Mexico and their interests. We only wish to bring freedom to those oppressed by violent dictators.

Georgian Economy 1911:

Agriculture: 35%
Manufacturing: 55%
Exports: 10%

Agriculture: Georgia's main agricultural product include cotton, tobacco, poultry, eggs, peaches and peanuts. While the economy was once majority cotton based, it has since moved towards a more diverse spread, based on canned foods as a major export.

Manufacturing: The largest sector of the Georgian economy has been growing steadily since the early 19th century when technological developments led to the growth of urban centers, aided by continued population growth and lack of slavery, the industrial regions boomed. In the last few years a major product of the industry sector has been automobiles.

  • Textiles: the major partner with the cotton growers, the textile industries are dominated by corporate giant Scott F. Galloway Jr. and his company Galloway Industries. Which controls over 75% of the textile business in Georgia and own over 50% of the major cotton plantations.
  • Sugar: Jamaican sugar, and sugar from fruit products, have been a major part of the industry of Georgia, mainly along the Savannah river. Fruit candies, stand alone sugar products and jams are the main stay of this industry. Georgian peach industry is internationally known with many products from the sugars and fruits being exported to France and New England.
  • Automobiles: in recent years the auto-industry in Georgia has boomed, producing modern fighting equipment, engines for work equipment and consumer automobiles alike. Dominated by Georgia Motors (GM), the company responsible for the first tanks and armored cars used in major fighting with the Gulf alliance.
  • Canned Food: the second largest industry in Georgia, and a mainstay of the Georgian way of life. Canned vegetables, chicken products, peanuts and fruits have for decades been available on the shelves of Georgian stores. Before the war, Louisiana and Texas received the most canned products from Georgia, which are now being used in the war effort.

Exports: exports have diminished in recent years, with the collapse of the French Empire as a power in North America, exports have been limited to Liberia, New England and France in Europe. The last country that is dependent on trade with Georgia is Liberia, from which over 80% of their imports are from Georgia. Exports include canned food, fruit, sugar products, textiles and automobiles.

THis is the 24-hour warning

We have not affiliated with the Gulf alliance in any way other than as major trading partners which we have been for years. We will look into these claims that Texas shipped military items into our kingdom to make war on your nation. However, we cannot risk our nation's economy by unilaterally ending trade relations, so this may take a little time.

We have undeniable information that Tennessee allowed military access to the Gulf alliance this past year. All such activities must cease immediately.

If you could possibly show us this information, we would be able to conduct our search of how it may have occurred faster. Then we could enforce orders to not allow such an atrocity happen again.

Direct information, from both Gulf soldiers and our own, show their movements across the Tennessean borders into Georgian lands. Explain this, and end it immediately.

Update said:
The Louisianans were supported by the arrival of Mormon and Texan troops, which crossed through Tennessee to outflank Georgian positions on the Mississippi River.

We understood what you claimed to have occurred, what we were asking you to clarify was how they managed to get to the position to cross our border into your land. We have not noticed any troop movement into Tennessee from any of our borders. We have only noticed normal trade activity cross our borders. If you could tell us how they got into Tennessee to begin with, we can stop it.

And just to be preemptive, all Tennessean soldiers spent Christmas with their families so don't worry that we sent our soldiers into Georgia in disguise.

As stated by our military advisers (in the update, read it), Tennessee has known about and is indeed aiding the Gulf alliance soldiers in crossing the Mississippi. Thus allowing them access into Georgia. It is fortunate that Georgian's are masters of defense and are always skeptical of Tennessean bottom dwellers such as yourself Edward. Keep a hold one your war boots, further military action against Georgia will end in war.

We apologize, but tanks and armored cars are not well known to many in Tennessee so they were mistaken by customs to be land-barges bringing much-loved Texas goods to the average Tennessean. As for troops, we have had our military actively patrolling due to the recent unrest in the kingdom. The Texan troops were likely mistaken for Tennessean troops on patrol. We will seek to ensure these mistakes do not happen again.

You best watch your own borders, a so called king cannot make himself appear to be a fool.

The King is not a fool, nor is he making himself to be one. We are appalled at your suggestion. Nashville is not near the borders in question and the King cannot be everywhere at once.

@tuxedohamm, you amused me greatly.

I am considering a haitus on the update for RL reasons, but I encourage to make all attempts to send in orders. This be the 13 hour warning
