Chile thanks you for your reassurance in this affair, but it must be said that Chile will not allow any citizens come up in arms against its government that has rightfully been elected just 2 years earlier. If there is to be any peacefull resolution you must speak to the Bolivian Socialists that are the ringleaders of this criminal rebellion and demand them to surrender and return to Bolivia. If peace can be achieved this way then Chile will most certainly reconsider its earlier statement of not recognising your nation.

England would just like to say that while these rebels in mexico may be fighting the government itself has stated peace is not an option so if Deseret is going to suggest the rebels desire to tear their nation apart obviously the government does as well.
