Yours fears and actions against possible piracy are totally out of proportion. There is no need to displace a large amount of shipping, just to guard your waters against pirates that don't exsist. Especially since the last major case of piracy occured over 5 years ago, near New York City, not in the Delaware Bay. Although these are your territorial waters and you have a right to regulate shipping if you wish, the fact that you require ships to request permission from your government to enter your waters is utterly ridiculous and an inconvenience to international trade.

We do not want, and Pennsylvanian shipping will stay out of New Jersey waters if the government of New Jersey wishes to continue to enforce their silly domestic policies in order to make themselves feel important. However, if you continue to harass Pennsylvanian shipping as you have done over the last five years, we will have to take action in order to protect our shipping and citizens.

Hiya guys, I'm back in a near identical account because I locked myself out of the old one (and booted the password recovery to an irretrievable address) because I was spending too much time.

I guess my orders will be accepted though it is kewl if it's not. Will still diplomaticize, but more basic/minimalist... a few comms per update. The update was a good and fun read as usual.

About selling tech, I knew it was a degree common knowledge (though I noted eagerly that people still wished to pay me when I approached them about tech transfer/exchange... suppose I'll couch my words less next time and just call it tech aid or better yet not bother) but was hoping and thinking my help would accelerate their research as well. So large-scale MP can't be bought? OK.
I also thought projects while they could be planned out could basically be left to my national planners if I gave them a big budget and some goals. I'll add details if I try to start a project again, I think it's too complicated for me at the moment.

It seems I should focus on a nation where I can buy simple things like military or raise economy and/or stability and leave it at that, so I'll take Egypt (as it's relatively free from superpower dominance).
Huhm, never thought I'd play a muslim nation - oh well, Egypt is a special case, plus muslims can be rad. And neat... it's got that project. Aswan dam, huh? Guess it pays to be concrete, hehe.

While they're cute I think it would be neat if all the microtribes were wiped out consolidated under a single hegemony north of the American states. Iceland should go kick some booty and unite the Arctic since Canada and Quebec are going to start a war if the other side tries to unite the disparate geography... a possible if inefficient solution except both sides have patrons that stop the war if Canada either side is about to be finished off.
Hmm... I wonder if the two of them would unite against Iceland or any other foreign catch-em-all collectibles uniter faction.
