I've been missing from Sparthage's last few tallies, but I am also running for Senator of New York under the No Party ticket, and I was actually the first to declare my candidacy. Considering I was also the first to champion Sparthage himself and his Fist party, I can't say I'm happy that he didn't return the favor and endorse me...but since civility is the cornerstone of good government, this mud will stay un-thrown.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake. Since no reference to your campaign has been made for some time now, I did not know if you were continuing to run. As I promised you support that pre-dates the Coalition, you still will have my vote. Sorry for the confusion.

I wish to apologize for my recent absence. It was completely unintentional and unexpected. I was taken to bed with an "illness" and could not attend the councils.

As to the coalition, it is necessary at this time to ensure the communists and their incompetence are kept out of office, and of course in addition to that we have mutual objectives at this point of time which makes such a coalition worthwhile for now.

The City, founded on the solid principle and the Communist tenet of "Equality for All", has been a wonderful host to the Party, and we have enjoyed the views and joys of the Sea as well, on our all too precious free hours.

The Party wishes to issue another interim communique:

It is resolved that the Party take action on making an official rebuke on the allegations of incompetence of the Party in general, and singularly, President Ceskari.

The First Session of the Congress was led by Senator Rudragun of the America First Party and Representative dot80 of the Rattlesnake Party. Both "legislators" introduced inane bills, one pre-empted by an already existing edifice (Monument), and the other, introducing a policy that was effectively taken in use by the President by an Executive Order.

The said individuals subsequently neglected to appear in the session to vote for their bills.

The result of this neglect is that Washington is now only producing wealth instead of building something of importance, and that our scientists have been given free rein in their lofty endeavors to study something we have little use for at this perilous juncture in history (Astronomy).

The Executive Order by President Ceskari allowed the nation to expand, by founding New York he allowed for doubled growth and a notch up in Culture. Furthermore, as Commander of Chief of the Army he has led the expedition into the hinterlands to broaden our horizons.

And yet, America First Party, in particular Jehoshua, are spewing garbage and accusing us "incompetent".

It will be of utmost importance for the People to vote for the Communist Party Candidates to retain honesty and integrity in our Government, in our pursuit to bring World Peace and Equality to all Nations, under the American rule, led by the Party.

The Party therefore decrees that this notice be posted all over the known Civilization for all to learn from, and commit to memory, lest our progeny forget."

In regards to the emminent Rudragun that incident has been looked into by the AFP and we have discovered a disturbing fact. It appeared that as Rudragun was walking to the chambers to submit his vote he was stabbed with an umbrella which his doctor has now determined to have been coated with a poison called ricin.

This poison is extremely deadly and it is only by a great stroke of luck that Rudragun has survived and should in short order be able to return to his duties. Now of course we do not know who engaged in this heinous act of subterfuge, and do not as such impart blame to any group for this amoral and treacherous attempt to silence the AFP and cause discord within the Union.

That said we have legitimate suspicions as to the initiator of the act, although they are quite unsubstantiated as of this time.

THE JUDICIARY BRANCH
The Judiciary Branch is lead by the Supreme Court, which shall be Yahzuk.
The Supreme Court has the power to review all laws and throw out any deemed unconstitutional (or bad for the game!)
The Supreme Court will break any deadlocked votes.

According to the constitution of the United States the supreme court has not been invested with the power to review or otherwise investigate crimes. It clearly states that the supreme courts sole powers (other than the customary power to judge crimes) are to review laws and ensure the constitution is upheld. Therefore it is quite clear that without an amendment granting the court powers to investigate crime or conduct any such investigation of the attempted assasination of Rudragun are totally unconstitutional and beyond the courts capacity.

This I believe is a total travesty, and unhealthy for the continued well being of our nation. Therefore I would strongly encourage all those with the ability to do so to propose a bill establishing constitutionally the power of the supreme court to investigate such crimes, or alternatively establishing a law enforcement agency that can independently investigate alleged crimes.

Either way, as it is the Supreme Court lacks the investigative capacity, something our President surely must of been aware of. Indeed it would be most incompetent of him not to be aware of the very basics of our constitutional law.

No, I did not "fall" for anything. It was merely to ask yahzuk = "Supreme Court" whether he could report on an actual assassination attempt, because that would have been an objective way of getting such information. What Jehoshua is further insinuating is totally beyond the pale.

I assure you and everyone that the Communist Party has had no such activity on the agenda, and that we have not attempted any action on anyone's life during the existence of this Nation.

It is interesting however, how the power-greedy try to angle any situation to their benefit. The fact is that the America First Party Senator failed to appear in Session. It would clearly have been in the interest of said party, as it would have been of the Nation, to not fail this simple assignment. Therefore, having had Senator Rudragun put his bill forward would have been most beneficial for the Communist Party as well, and therefore an assassination attempt would have been a most illogical act to perform.

Therefore, I urge the People to look at how America First Party is behaving, and decide for themselves.

Assassination attempts will be publicly announced in the news section of congressional session report. Our public figures are few enough in number and high enough in profile that it impossible to keep an assassination attempt out of the public eye. The identity of the assassin will only be announced if the assassin is captured.
