End of Night 3​

The people had gathered in the town plaza once again. They felt different this morning than they had in previous days, as they were on a streak of lynching Mafia. Michael warned them not to become too cocky, and when they looked to see who was missing, they saw that Diana Abnoba was absent. Nobody bothered to go to her house, not because they had ill feeling toward her, but because they already had guessed her fate.

This could mean one of three things. One: Landy, Zack and Pizza are cleared; they wouldn't be stupid enough to lynch someone who said something like that.

Two: One or two of L, Z and ATPG is mafia; they would be stupid enough to do something like that. Well, unlikely, but they could be expecting us to expect the unexpected. ...for now, I'm going with the second part of this explanation.

Three: The above quote is meaningless and I notice things that don't have any actual bearing on the game.

Vote: Zack for now, since I think he might just be cunning enough to double-fool us; FoS: ATPG and FoS: Landlubber are on my scum radar as well. Anyone who supported both lynches early on is pretty much clear in my books, especially the NinjaCow one where there was a strong following of a JoanK lynch. Other than that, it could be anyone here, as in scenario 1 (above).

I just want to point out that I've never murdered Diana Abnoba in any game I've ever been in, and I wouldn't start now, given that if I'm mafia, I'm completely caught with my pants down.

No, that special little gem is waiting for a special little moment, when it will be dramatic, game-winning, and totally unexpected. Here, it's just anticlimactic.

True... someone could easily kill someone who said they were mafia simply because nobody would expect anybody to do that.

Anyway, Vote: landlubber, for the same reasons as yesterday. Zack seems a bit scummy too, but he seems like he could also just be a townie that was very wrong about BigTin.

They seem a bit scummy, only if they've figured out that they can keep under the radar knowing that all the "big" posters have incriminated themselves in some way, giving them time to do whatever they want.

See normally I'd agree they're scummy. It's just that, well... right now I think they would have flinched even a teensy weensy bit over the past two lynches.

I think they're townie deadweight. Just wondering if anyone disagreed.

They SHOULD post moar. But they won't. What are we going to do about it? My vote is on ignore them.

Ignore them. They should be WoGed soon, if not, then we can press the issue some more. Right now we have several better leads that need to be focused on.

Probably not scum, likely that they signed up and forgot about the game because they never received a role PM. Vote: Zack

So Pizzaman was frothing at the mouth accusing BSmith day and night, trying to spearhead his lynch... and somehow I'm suddenly mafia because I said "BigTin's probably innocent" at the end of the day?

Look how successful I was at leading a counter-wagon to save BigTin!

He's not trying to get me lynched. He's trying to score debate points and show that he's annoyed with me.

I'm pointing out that he's wasting his time and mine.

That was over halfway through the Day!

Meanwhile, Pizzaman never voted for NinjaCow (just really did some distancing stuff Day 1), tried to save BigTin from the lynch, and the nightkills have all been players from his "likely townie" list. And I can bet you he was waiting all night to post the "I would never kill Diana!" line.

And don't get so cocky, BSmith. You are in way cleared, lol. You were just as guilty as me of what you accused me "defending" BigTin.

This whole BigTin thing has gotten blown way out of proportion.

I think we also need to look at the BigTin voters in detail as well. I’ll bet top dollar that the mafia are using the distraction to hide in the masses.

If BigTin is indeed mafia, it would also be a good way to get townie cred.

I'd be more inclined to think someone who plays at the org is mafia due to the kills, unless done by RNG (vanilla game, no reason not to use rng).

And what on earth would I have to be defensive about? I only argued all round not to lynch BigTin, and before that, said NinjaCow was scummy but never voted for him.

Who is defensive? I'm not defensive. I am offensive, yet inexpensive, sometimes pensive, moderately hypertensive, somewhat comprehensive, and really quite extensive. Now watch as a launch a devastating counteroffensive!
