Now, as Game Master, I'mma make a bit of a ruling:

Canada is not willing to cede large areas to the United Kingdom of Goat
Arakhor was among the earliest Kings, and consolidated his kingdom, at least to the extent that a goat uprising can't be put down

therefore, the United Kingdom of Goat shall be confined to Montana and Idahoese territories, unless Arakhor rules otherwise. The goats of the vermontan woods are subjects to Arakhor, and he shall decide how autonomous they may or may not be.

However, Arakhor is discouraged from treating his goats poorly, for his reputation among the other lords and the goats are at stake

I am torn on this.
On one hand, this goes against the mandatory monarchy rule
On the other hand, we are quite far into this, and your name for it is delightfully silly

I think I will run with it for now, but don't disregard the possibility that some ruler might claim your people's republic, or that a coalition wil rise against it.

As "compensation", you will have to be chairman/glorious leader for life, Joecoolyo
