Though honestly, Wisconsin is somewhat jammed between your empire and Joecoolyo's People's Republic, so most likely it would have to befall one of you

Since no one else is claiming it, the Queendom of Nieuw Zuid-Brabant is formally expanding into Pennslyvania by land and the city of Detroit (Or Zeestraat if we wanna Dutchify it) by lake. We also formally designate our capital as Beverwijck (Albany).

We also propose a royal marriage to the Kingdom of CSA. All sons will be of the CSAian dynasty and all daughters of our dynasty.

That highlighted part of the map looks like Poland.
