you cant. the Byzantine Republic isn't just some snap creation i have a time line that goes far back, plus a Wikipedia style details of Byzantium. i translated its entire history, culture, military to that world, replacing the old one. everyone else apparently did that too.

1. the Roman empire has claimed this area since before 1 AD, and the people have been roman for thousands of years.

2. the Turkish population never got into Anatolia. as a result its homeland is Iran.

3. you have have a lot of land, a little more wont make a difference. for heck's sake you control most of the oil...

4. i believe the rule was first come first serve. i got the land first, fair and square. accept it.

-A second fleet of fighters will accompany about half my navy (including about 5 aircraft carriers) to hunt down and destroy the retreating Byzantine fleet

-My entire army (already mobilized on the southern border) invades, blitzing southern Anatolia very quickly (b/c of the softened defenses), we are now on the outskirts of Ankara

-Shelling of Ankara has begun

-A smaller fleet of planes full of paratroopers in in route to the Cyprus and Crete for some island hopping

* despite Turkish actions the BRS Enterprise managed to retreat because the other aircraft carriers selflessly sacrificed themselves to protect the Flagship, it then sails to Constantinople*

*the Byzantine Army just retreats to Ankara, suffering little casualties, then the Byzantine Army execute a neat pincer strike that isolates the Main army, and the rest swoop in and Destroy it, but suffers a lto of casualties, reinforcements from Europe arrives and tips the war to Byzantium favor.*

* the Byzantine Emperor introduces conscription to the general populous, there is some grumbling but they know that if Anatolia is lost, Byzantium is finished. millions sign up, and the weapon industry matches that with little problem*
