Russia, America, and Britain, oh my!
Russia looks far stronger than it is, chiefly due to the expansion into Chinese territories. It is, in fact, badly in need of reform, especially its military which may not survive an attack from Germany or Japan. Although ofcourse it has great potential.
USA is very strong indeed, but has problems integrating its new gains and is also partially hindered by remaining introvertness; it is powerful, but not fully unchallangeable, especially if a coalition is assembled against it.
I see America taking a while to digest her Hispanic conquests,
Easier said than done, if only because German and Peruvian agents are causing trouble. If America is to properly integrate its gains, it will probably have to press on relentlessly in its campaign to dominate the Western Hemisphere; there are several regional powers in South America opposed to its rise, and Britain and Germany may yet get their act together to move against the USA, hindering it at the least.
I'm curious to see how the political balance will be affected by the Mexican states entering Congress, though.
What "Mexican states"?

They're territories, and some of them are likely to remain such for quite a while...
Canada was purple in the first Never Ending Story, because I simply coloured a few real world nations in the colours of their Civ III "equivalents"; not completely sure why did I think that the Iroquois are equivalent to Canada, but ah well.
