The thing is with Harriman is that if there is even any German territory in Canada anymore, it shouldn't be too much of a threat with Britain taking most, if not all of it. Other than that, if Germany sends troops from overseas, we would have time to prepare. Another good thing is that we may even be able to bring Japan into the war, seeing as they do not like Germany, and they would be a great ally to have in a war.

Also, while it is true that if we declared war on Germany, and in turn all of its vassals, America could survive. We survived an offensive war against most of the top world powers earlier, and we're not as fragile as a glass house.

Also, the taking of Japanese land by way of gold shouldn't cause anything bad. If buying territory is bad, then every single customer should be arrested. :p
 
I was talking about the part of allying with Japan in a World War. I'm okay with buying territory just not getting in a World War so soon again when we have more pressing matters to attend to.
 
Not to be critical but I don't think legalization of murder is possible.. Unless I missed something of course I know I that is very possible.

Murder was never legal IRL. There were some murders that Southern officials turned a blind eye to but caused the downfall of Southern racism because the rest of the world saw how messed up this was. Check Emmett Till. Also, you can bribe the small corrupt governments of tiny nations, but you can't really bribe the United States of America.

He didn't say they bribed officials. He said they forged signatures stating permission from Congress. I have no opinion on the subject but if you're going to debate, at least get your facts straight.
