While at peace, your first Military policy slot is replaced with an Economic slot and your second is replaced with a Diplomatic slot. Holy Sites provide +3 Faith and +1 Amenity, and provide Culture equal to their adjacency bonus in cities that follow a religion..

Likes civilizations that keep their citizens happy, especially if they are of the same government type. Detests civilizations that fail to keep their citizens happy.
