Here (office), it's not part of my job, I don't get compensated for it, it pisses me off.
Why not sue them, then?

Strippers are obviously in the same boat. In these cases, there's really nothing to complain about. You know that presenting yourself as a sex object (to some degree) is part of the job, and presenting yourself as a sex object is going to garner some vulgar attention. But you're getting paid for it.
How is a bartender exposing skin any different than what you describe above?
Sexism. The glass ceiling.
Me too!!! The woman explicitly said that my hair was too long!!!I've been denied a good job because my hair is too long. Welcome to the 21st century folks.![]()
*sacrilege.
you are not holy property or domain. Niether a holy person.
in fact, discriminating you on basis of gluttony might go in with the virtue of religion.
My hair is kinda long, so I'm considered emo, even though I'm not! Also, according to one of my friends I'm a Mexican Eskimo Dead Jew, but It's such a small minority that no one has bothered to discriminate.

When I said "sacrilege", I meant the way how people who merely have a higher ammount of fat are somehow considered freaks of nature, something horribly wrong in god's little blue earth. Like fat people are Always Chaotic Evil or something. I hate how most people simply can't understand the idea that our bodies are NOT adapted to this age where food is plentiful. I'm not a glutton, sure, I enjoy a good big meal, but I usually eat three times per day and a little something (apples, breakfast cereals, bananas, whatever there is available) some hours before going to sleep. Maybe something in the evening if did something that required use of a lot of energy, but usually not. Excess for me is rare.
