Strippers are obviously in the same boat. In these cases, there's really nothing to complain about. You know that presenting yourself as a sex object (to some degree) is part of the job, and presenting yourself as a sex object is going to garner some vulgar attention. But you're getting paid for it.

How is a bartender exposing skin any different than what you describe above?

Since i'm half Venezuelan and i live in a country of People who are pale white, i do have slightly darker skin, but it is enough for people to notice and think i'm an italian tourist. I also am frequently called "Ronaldinho" and god i hate it.

I've been denied a good job because my hair is too long. Welcome to the 21st century folks. :)

Me too!!! The woman explicitly said that my hair was too long!!!

Then I got a haircut. Next interview, I got a job. In fact, every time I get a haircut, I get lucky in some way. My hair's pretty long now and people keep asking me when I'm gonna get it cut, I tell them I'm saving it for a special occasion.

My hair is kinda long, so I'm considered emo, even though I'm not! Also, according to one of my friends I'm a Mexican Eskimo Dead Jew, but It's such a small minority that no one has bothered to discriminate.

*sacrilege.
you are not holy property or domain. Niether a holy person.
in fact, discriminating you on basis of gluttony might go in with the virtue of religion.

When I said "sacrilege", I meant the way how people who merely have a higher ammount of fat are somehow considered freaks of nature, something horribly wrong in god's little blue earth. Like fat people are Always Chaotic Evil or something. I hate how most people simply can't understand the idea that our bodies are NOT adapted to this age where food is plentiful. I'm not a glutton, sure, I enjoy a good big meal, but I usually eat three times per day and a little something (apples, breakfast cereals, bananas, whatever there is available) some hours before going to sleep. Maybe something in the evening if did something that required use of a lot of energy, but usually not. Excess for me is rare.

cut your hair.

Right now, no. In the past, yes.

Well actually, right now too, my GF's family hates me because I'm not rich.

On a personal level? Many times, mostly due to religious differences.
In work? Never that I know.

My hair was long before work made me cut it. By long i don't even mean long, as it was still well above my shoulders, just "long" by their zany definition.

I have to lean down for shower heads. and since my legs are really . .. .. .. .ing long some urinals are too short too.

I'm a guy. I'm also a nice person who listens to my friends problems. usually they involve a long rant about how they hate men. and continue on with all sorts of stereotypes.

I'm an Avs fan within 4 hours from detroit, and go to south-west ontario a bit, where they choose to like them more than the leafs.

I'm a white healthy male who isn't gay. HGave no kids and the governemtn is falling over themselves to give money to every other idopit in the country.

Yep pure discrimination:P

Its equally as bad on the flip side, being just slightly to thin for everyone's liking, fast metabolism, 3 large meals a day that leave most people in the proverbial dust compared to my intake... and I get told to eat more by well meaning people
Some people are just naturally predisposed towards body weight at either end of the scale...
