If there were an ISO function on this site, I would have went back and looked - but I'll just try elaborate from how I remember my thoughts to his reaction(which wasn't much thought really):
he had already seen/reacted to Glossy revealing I wasn't Alette. Then later when I explained I wasn't female either and was NAC from MU, his respond seemed a little too surprised, considering he knew already that I wasn't Alette. It's kinda thin, and on second thought it's not a "read" I'll use for anything.

Ok for now. What other forums have you played on?

18 page D1. This is well above what I usually play in and if I knew then I would have sat out. I'm sorry if as a result, it's too much, but I'll try my best.

I'm up to p17 atm and have time today, but as I'm at work I don't know when. I'll also have to reread the thread becuse I have very nuch lost track.

I still think Kennigit and Lassie look town to me. They seem to be hunting and are making well reasoned arguments. I feel the thread has a lot of going over the same things a lot as well as random banter which is ok, but because of this it makes those people who are hunting stick out in my mind more. I think Cass also falls into this category. I don't have a lean on Visor however. He seems the same as other games I've played as well still though the point about joke posts vs analysis posts under pressure is ok. That said, I do not believe he is the best lynch for today.

I don't remember who said it, but as for voting to place pressure but stating so, games I have played others have done the same and it has been effective. If it isn't then I'll avoid it in the future. Arakhor's posts since then has made me think that an Arakhor lynch isn't the best today.

I think it is good they are so talkative, but I'm not as sure about GlossySushi and Cuth among the very high post count players. Also, it is overwhelming for me. They have more posts this game than I have overall on this site... That said, I haven't seen as much from Cuth in particular among all of those that help hunt reds that I'd expect.

I have a question for you about your vote/following Murska onto Choxorn. You've said that it was because you didn't have a good scum lean and yourself and Murska had a decent meld on reads. Looking at Murska's posts though, he didn't give reads before his vote/has since only given a list of will/won't lynch. AFAICT his reasoning on Choxorn is pretty much 'voting mostly for a prod, not really scum hunting, other people say he's in his meta - meh'.
1. What reads did you and Murska meld on? And whatever they were, what were your reasons for agreeing?

Cuth and Jarrema moved off visor and onto glossy which was just the next highest. Jarrema is tougher to read as he has been voting visor day 1 most frequently.

TY for this. FTR I'm currently not voting (Lassie's not who I thought she was, now I'm lost/undecided who's most scum), but I'll get there. Was Arakhor's not voting D1 only a scum-game thing, or something he does in both alignments?

Although to disagree slightly with Backwards, I kind of liked the first 6-7 pages of general humor. We've got a lot of people, and after a relative dead zone on Civ it's nice getting the community back together. If that means Day 1 gets botched due to socialization, that wouldn't be the end of the world to me unless the trend actively continued.

On a more content related note, I'd be willing to switch to Jarema for looking vaguely opportunistic, as well as for some meta reasons, though I'm a bit vexed on commenting there after my apology.

What are the meta reasons for considering a switch to Jarema?

If you have reasons for a vote/lean, give them, IMO - meta or no. If you're Town I see no reason to leave your reasoning out. It helps explain your thought process and makes it easier to determine your motivation/legitimacy in voting after flips. How much 'proof' you provide/leave out is up to you (and although there's no obligation to read every linked game etc, how far others decide to dig into that or not is up to them). All of that and how it's used in the context of the game is helpful in deciding alignments, especially later game. So, if you have reasons, give them. Otherwise it just looks like a cop-out/scummy to say 'I have reasons but *convenient excuse to leave them out*'

I can get behind Vote: Al Sips for now. Reasoning being he has four lines of text this game which basically include a joke vote and a vote on Visor. Not entirely against the vote on Visor at that time or even now, but the reason was generic/potentially opportunistic. Sips was top poster/hugely pro-active as Town in the game I played on The Org, and I want to see if this lack of activity/engagement is alignment indicative.

I did some thinking. And then some. I'm sorry if I made it not fun to play this game. I really didn't intend to do so.

I actually wanted to make a good impression, so I decided to come out guns blazing, and ready to win this game. Yeah, I wasn't focused on making friends, because I usually make them outside of the game. Inside, it's no holds barred, no hard feelings afterwards. Well, maybe a bit of ribbing.

Anyway, I thought that playing a strong game would be the best I could do for the rest of the players, so I have been very nitpicky and even hostile. I was not cognizant of site culture that now seems to indicate a general friendliness and camaraderie within the thread, even after being told about some aspects of site culture, and was also pretty unaware that people were avoiding me because of this.

I'm sorry for being rude and patronizing. I'll tone it down and my amount of posting, because both probably have been overwhelming. Also, quite distracting. You have bigger fish to catch. I'll not get in the way. (Had to put a fish pun in there, sorry [emoji14])

Both really. I assumed you'd be better at figuring out if it was Alette and had it been you would have been better than me at reading her probably since you know her play better.

Ok. So you were trusting my scum lean on Alette because I read her better? Fair. The only thing standing out to me is that you say you saw some things that weren't like her and that you thought she was scummy but when I asked you early on who you thought she was/if you had thoughts beyond the meta sharing being fair you didn't say/elaborate on any of this.
