Show me where I claimed any type of kill - I reminded Zack I would surely had killed him at this point, if I were scum. If I were scum, I would have had 2 attempts this night, as we saw 2 town die. So should I had attempted to kill Zack on N1, and failed - why would I not just had killed him tonight, after the medic is death and he is even more town read and interested in lynching me?

Do you see how if you're actually scum, this kind of argument is supremely easy to make, and it's super faulty?

It's also viable that you thought to keep Zack alive for this very purpose. Bad play, imo. That brings up the possibility of w/w, but no, I don't think that's the case, because I don't see this as distancing.

It's more likely that you tried to kill Zack and failed, and are regretting that you didn't try again. Perhaps you thought there was something else afoot and didn't realize it was most likely Mat93 who protected Zack.

It's a bad read as I'm Town. I can understand people reading me as somewhat scummy for not being very active, but I don't see people reading me as very scummy as what I have posted has been from a genuine Town point of view. I'm an easy mislynch target, however.
