I'm sorry but I don't know enough about the situation to say. If someone on the radio, not as part of any war but just as murder, commands people to kill other people then that person could be charged with murder. You don't need another law for that.

It's in the frame of Democracy that Adolf Hitler has taken power. Democracy has to protect itself. Saying that "anyway they'll never get elected" is a myopic statement.

Well, I'm not Marla, but here's mine.

6 is definitely something I'm fine with people saying. 5 should not be illegal ; you should just get your ass sued off for libel by every black american who has never comitted a crime if you're stupid enough to say it -P).

3 I *think* shoudl be allowable as far as speech go. 4 and 2, depending on the context, could be criminal offenses - call someone an inferior often enough, and in the end you begin justifying violence toward them. After all, they're inferior, so they don't deserve being treated equally before the law, do they?.

1 is, of course, something that should net you an automated stay behind bars.

And I must say, I wish you'd make that sort of insightful posts instead of heavy-handed sarcasm more often.

I think it's just that American posters are so isolated from this sort of thing that they don't believe a Nazi party could exist in this day and age. Whereas, in Europe, Neo-nazi groups have cropped up all over the place, and ignoring them would be rather stupid, given our history.
