I'm getting a bunch of english "core" tiles as the french from culture, with only 51%+ of the culture. Given that they are core for the english and not for the french, I thought the treshold would be 80%.
The same thing also happened when I played Italy, on HRE "core" tiles.
I think Leoreth once explained to me there's a difference between the core tiles and the tiles which only get flipped after 80% culture.

Long time fan, first time poster. Have to say, I've had a hell of a lot of fun with this mod - I can't go back to either BTS or RFC any more.
The problem arises with a current HRE game. I'm playing epic, for whatever reason the game just crashes the next turn. I've tried replaying the same few turns leading up to it to see if there's any difference, but it still crashes.
I believe I have the most recent version of DoC. Could you help at all? I was really enjoying this game.

Fairly straightforward as to why you declared war on Spain, it's how Defensive Pacts work after all.
No matter what I do, I get a ctd at the Iran's flip. Any ideas how to continue the game?
Quick question: does DOC (and CIV IV in general) run on windows 8?
I did some trading, hit end turn and didn't get a crash. Save attached from start of the next turn.
An odd bug has arisen in my current game: Uranium seems to be unusable. What I mean by that is though I have several mined/forted Uranium sources (post-Physics), the game still thinks I own 0 Uranium. Worldbuildering a Uranium source into one of my cities' tiles didn't change anything either. I don't think this is restricted to me either, as the Manhattan Project has been built and several AIs have Rocketry and Fission and a Uranium source in their lands, but no-one has built any nukes yet.
EDIT: Having played a bit further, it seems the AI actually can make nukes and has access to Uranium. Uh oh.
