Bug reports and technical issues

Happened to me too, in autoplay.

I noticed that it crash every time in a different date between turn 57 and turn 63.

This time i played with greeks, and it crashed again. Something happen between these turn that makes the game crash.

It happened also in the 600 A.D. scenario. I don't know in what turn. I think it was turn 80 or 90.

The new SVN version didn't resolve the bug. I noticed that now it only crash in turn 59. Start in 3000 B.C. and at normal speed.

I'm on to the problem. I've committed the recent revision so I'm able to go back and find out which revision caused it.

Turn 80-90 is what AD? I had the same too when playing as Japan few revision ago, crash to desktop. It was around 1100 AD iirc.

Yes, A.D.

Do you still experience crashes with the latest revision?

I think it is fixed.

Yesterday, I did get a similar bug when loading a Persian start. (26 turns before spawn, the game stopped) But now I can load them properly. I think it's the same bug as the others have.

I don't have SVN.

-Played a UHV victory with Tibet, however 5th Great Prophet didn't count as 5th while i did settle 5th and i had to add another Great Prophet with Worldbuilder and with 6th Great Prophet UHV goal was achieved.

-Played as Portugal going for UHV, Ceylon didn't count as a Asian landmass while it should and more strange is that Sana'a somehow counts twice towards Portugal UHV victory: both Africa and Asia.

Do you have a save for that?

After i checked my save, it turned out that 5th Great Prophet was in fact a free priest thanks to Gompa, my mistake. :wallbash:

SVN 653. When I try to start a game in 1700 AD it either crashes to the desktop or starts a game where civs haven't got dynamic names (they are named, for example, The Chinese) and don't get starting units (in the capitals).

It happens to me too... again
Before it crashes there is a message saying: "attribute: no attribute for "Igreatpriest""
or something like that.

I wrote the message that the game says before crashing, it's : AttributeError: 'module' objects has no attribute 'IGreatPriest'.

Confirming, except it's always a CTD in my case.

Have you updated your SVN already? It should be fixed.

(But this goes to show that I shouldn't be modding at 2:30am anymore ...)

Oh, there wasn't any, sorry. I quickly committed it to fix the bug because I was kind of distracted at the moment.

There isn’t Colombian embassy yet? I can build Mayan embassy instead of Colombian when I met Bolivar. Also, one of the new world civs, I think Mexico, the LH doesn’t have greeting text yet.

It's not possible for respawns to have their own embassy.
