Both are supposed to be Atlantic coast and labeled as such. Actually I passed that goal with onlz Montreal in my own playthrough.
Here we go. Latest SVN.

Yeah, but the GA turns only are supposed to not count down during anarchy. I have no idea where an extra turn could come from no matter when the GA starts.OK, here is your save. You have two chances: change civics this turn or next turn. Either way, you get a 9 turn Golden Age.
Problem is Golden Age increases 1 turn during anarchy, but the UHV goal check time is funny so the one extra turn is added before the GA actually starts.
I agree.I'm playing as Maya.
The Aztecs, due to instability, lose a city which becomes independant.
This triggers plague as if we had encountered old world units, which I think makes no sense.
Sharing the error message would be a good start.Unrelated note : I've had several game crashes with 1.12 ( a few turns later in this game, for example), sometimes without having had any Python error popup during the game. I'd say 1 out of 4 games, which is a bit much, but I have no idea how to detect what went wrong.
No, that's a mistake. Patriarchates aren't holy cities in any sence. Orthodox Christians won't go to Constantinopolis for pilgrimage or other religious purposes, they will go to Jerusalem, like Catholics will go to Vatican city. An other place that can be considered as second holy city is Sena.
Moreover, this is better gameplay-wise. Arabia (and later Turkey) will have the income of Orthodox christianity instead of the income of Catholicism, which means less money for Arabia and Turkey.

No okay, that's fine. Python exception implies a traceback to me.No error message except the usual nonspecific crash-to-windows message ("Program X has ceased functionning, etc.")
I'll copy it word for word the next time it happens if you want.
No. Byzantium conducted war against Sasanids to retake Jerusalem. Controlling Constantinopolis wasn't enough.I'll give you that. My knowledge of Orthodox Christianity is limited, but it was my understanding that the four patriarchates, at least in ancient times, were significant to Orthodox Christians.
That's why orthodoxy was founded in Jerusalem and Catholicism in Rome. The orthodox shrine and money is in Jerusalem and catholic shrine and money is in Rome.I just don't think it's a good idea to limit the idea of a holy city to the "birthplace of a religion" If that were the case, when Catholicism is founded first as it is now, we wouldn't bother with the AP mechanic to move the holy city, it would just stay in Jerusalem. And, as I said before, we really don't want to give Arabia any more power with shrine income than it already has (it already has the Catholic shrine in jerusalem and can build the Islamic one, giving them 2 shrine and one holy city, plus Zoroastrianism in Iran = 2 Holy cities and 3 Shrines.)
With the way the game has it set up now, the Orthodox Christian split is supposed to show the difference in political/religious control between the Catholic Pope in the west and the Orthodox Byzantines/Greeks in the East., Otherwise all three Christian denominations would have their holy cities in Jerusalem.
but anyway, back to bug reporting/suggestions.

Okay, figured it out. Turns out this bug affected all buildings that apply golden ages (the 2/3 UHV GA is applied over the Triumphal Arc). Apparently buildings always give one additional GA turn that is immediately used up because the effect is applied at the end of the turn. That doesn't happen during anarchy with the new rules though, so I adjusted the rules that this additional turn is only applied when you're not in anarchy.OK, here is your save.
