This is the save on the turn after the invitation. Strangely enough, NO world congress now... Not even those two requests.

Well, if you are not able to reproduce the problem, I'll just use congresses.py from the previous version.:)

Current Warlords version (1.40?) playing as the Turks. When they capture a city and the city comes out of unrest you are not prompted to enter new build orders. Until you notice the city sits there not building anything.

I've noticed in the past this also occurs if you reconquer a city that goes over to a civ during a respawn. In this case it is not limited to Turkey works that way for all civs.

I have a runtime error when I load the mod. I have the lastest patches and its in the correct folder. I removed the custom assets folder in My doc but it still won't. Any help?

Ignore above. Not sure how I got it working but it seems to be working.
 
Is an AI controlled civ supposed to be allowed to become the vassal of a Native or independent civ?

In my current game Egypt just became the vassal of the Natives upon resurrection.

And in the same turn, I lost contact with Spain who had declared war on me (Japan), while I still have contact with their vassals.
 
In my current game the English aren't colonising Canada. As the USA I spread west and grabbed as much land as possible before the aztecs.
I didn't make any effort to colonise Canada.

Are they english supposed to colonise canada? Can they be made to do so?
They colonised Australia perfectly with the correct city names in place.

Plus I was going to add in a new civ to start on a particular date. Is that difficult for a newbie? How would I do it?

do you have ANY idea what you might have done?

I am getting a crash on load with both warlords and vanilla when I try to load RFC (runtime error). This is new with the latest 140/190 patches. With other mods and nonmoded Civ4 loads fine. No custom assets, and all I did was extract the zips over the existing folders, but then I did delete them and extract again after continued failure. Also did a fresh download of the zips, just in case. Just seems broke to me, but it obviously isn't.

Help is appreciated.

this is not a bug, it's jsut AI preference. It prefers more fertile lands rather than Canada. But it is supposed to colonise it.

As for the new civ, it's quite hard to do.
 
The last time I played your mod was version 127. In this version the german goal bug was announced to be fixed. I played the germans and the first two parts of the uhv worked well, but when I had researched all techs in first place the counter still said 'not yet' for this part, I played until future tech 5. I don't know if this has been mentioned before.

what version were you playing now?
 
I know that we have moved on to 143, but in 140 i DEFINITELY got the plague after i researched medicine. I had built hospitals in many cities, and I got the plague 8 turns after everyone else did.

I know that we are no longer worrying about old versions, I thought you should know in case the issue persists in the new versions (which I am DLing now)
