I propose we just remove the RR you mention, give 2 units per Army (which will be 3 with the Pentagon) and just start!

- removed the unneccesary railroads
- gave Bengazi back to the Germans

Chinese Troops digging in. Bombers tried to cut roads but failed. 
Pearl Harbor
Ship bombard - destroyed coastal forttress, damaged ships.
Air - lost 3 zeros, destroyed P40, sank 6 BBs, killed 2 citizens, lost Torpedo bomber.
Guam - militia killed and captured.
Philipines
North Airfiled - killed militia, destroyed B17, P40
Sank BB Prince of Wales and Repulse and destroyer
Singapore - destroyed coatal fortress, bomber destroyed.
Island south of Manila - air drop failed (that was stupid!)
Hong Kong - Walls destroyed, lost 2 lt tank div, killed ID but Art remains (killed a tank to boot).
China - Ichang - bombed roads.

A combination of inf corps, field artillery and DD´s bombarded the german korp north of Sevastopol.
Sturmovik bomb a light tank div in forest on the northern front, but no effect
Artillery and Airforce bombard the german units in ruins close to Moscow.
Both german inf korps are redlined or severly wounded...
1 russian inf army destroys the two crippled german korps.
1 russian light tank defeat the field artillery and captures the heavy artillery.
4 Guerilla cut roads near Riga, Minsk and Kiev.
