First of all the following are the people who did not get in orders (and are not new players), and have thus been dropped from the associated nations. All of these nations have been NPCed for this first update and have already completed their spending in accordance with treaties and recent spending, but have not launched any new major policies. In all of these cases, if they return for the next update, they will be given priority over any other contenders for the nation.

SouthernKing has been dropped from Normandy.

Lord of Elves has been dropped from Scandinavia.

theDright has been dropped from Argentina.

ork57 has been dropped from Peru.

Blackbard has been dropped from Venezuela.

JoanK has been dropped from Adjuuramark.

Shadowbound has been dropped from Benin.

Lokki242 has been dropped from Iran.

Tycho has been dropped from Australia.
